Silly question I know, but it's very cold outside and I don't want to be faffing around too much. I need to get one Carat centre cap off to investigate a speedo cable issue, how do they come off !

Just put your hand around it and give it a tug(oooo err)

a twisting tug normally does it for me!!!!!!!

Thanks folks, mustn't have been tough enough with it then, a harder twisting and a tugging I will go then (later today)

Well that didn't work No amount of pulling and twisting was budging it, it is a brand new one by the way, fitted only a week ago (not by me by the way).

Silly question = do you have to take the wheel off to get the caps off?

Removing the wheel is the best way to remove the cap.

Thanks Rob, will have another go soon with the wheel off (need to change the speedo cable).
