Simple question, can I cut and shut with one cut a standard engine cover to fit a Doka.
I have seen a photo some where but for the life of me I cant find it again to ask the question of the person concerned.

Or was it a fantasy!!!

Help Please

I'm guessing you mean this one on my old Doka.

I had it made from a stock van lid and it was as simple as a section cut out top to bottom (front to back) and then welding back together.

Looks factory and fits like a glove.

It does look so much better than the factory lump of plywood.

I'd had that lying around for a while and one day it struck me to try it. I had the same welder educated friend weld it in.
