Hi. Just wondering has anyone used the "Zodi Extreme" camping shower. Any opinions or experiences would be appreciated. Thanks

I haven't I use a thermal shower. About a tenner. Basically a black bag full of 2 gallons of water. I lay it flacon table and once sun gets to it it heats up really quickly within an hour. I just hang it off the bike rack an do the biz.
Once done I just refill the bag wait for it to heat up and within an hour I'm ready to go

Looks like a lot of kit to carry around. You can use a simple pump shower and a bucket of warm water instead.

Nah......solar shower for me. Along with a shower tent (nice and small to carry when packed away) and a small piece of tarp to stand on so no muddy feet.....spot on

If you are camping in Scotland you just need to stand outside for a shower - bit cold at this time of year though, you have to put an extra helping of goose fat on!

Lucky you

From my research, I think they are a quality bit of kit. There is a wee bit on YouTube about them aswell. The base doubles up as a cooker when not being used to heat the tank. Time will tell if I get one or not as all funds are being pumped into the conversion at the moment.

We've got one of the Geysers from these people. Plugs in to the bbq outlet form the Westy gas tank and a 12V feed and then it just comes on when you turn on the outlet. Easy peasy.

Never knew these things existed. Will look into them, however they seem a wee bit expensive compared to the Zodi The Zodi is working out at about €130 ish while one of these units will be well over the 2ton mark converting queens to €'s. There are a few features I like with the Zodi.
Its mobile, put in, take out of van when suits and there is also the neat feature that the base doubles up as a cooker when needs must.

ah yesd the €
well they are total portable units, built to last for years, 37000btu,
you can hang it anywhere you like, over a fence post it you like, , that other thing looks an overpriced for what it is, and i have no need to cook on it
