Good VW mechanic in the Tyneside area?

Hi all! My T25's heater motor is on it's way out. Apparently replacing it is a big job. Does anyone know of a good VW mechanic in the Tyneside (Newcastle, Hexham) area who would be up to the job?
Has anyone out there done it themselves?
I'm also looking for a camper van electrician in the NE who could fit a solar panel to the van, and sort a few electrical niggles (leisure battery not charging when on a hook up etc) at the same time. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated
