Help with my Propex heater

Hi People,
Got this propex heater in my campervan but I'm getting the 5 yellow led light flash. Having looked at the manufacturers troubleshooting guide i can see that this is an issue with the flue pipe or some sort of airflow issue.
I've blown through the tubes and done all sorts of jiggering and pokering but can't seem to get it to work. I've even sent it back to the manufacture but they said there is nothing wrong with the unit. The annoying thing is that it's just stopped working. Only had it a year and was working fine before.
I called Cranham Motors to see if they can look at it but they are charging 90 pound for the privilege.
Does anyone out there have any knowledge on these heaters and can help fix this issue? A few beers in it for you

Is your battery fully charged? I've got an old X1 propex and if the voltage is low it won't light.

1) /\ /\ /\ whs re battery - these units are very sensitive to voltage drop, so although your consumer units powered by your (leisure?) battery all function, there may not be enough power to drive the Propex' electronics.
2) Ensure your gas cylinder is full (obvious I know, but...)
3) Ensure all gas connectors are sound and you have no leaks in the complete system.
4) Run the Propex on 'cold air blower' mode for 5 minutes, then switch to heat, this sometimes assists in clearing faults

if the burner has been checked out as ok by propex then it may be the wiring or the controller is the problem, have you asked them for further help, they are very helpful in my experience

Bit of a late reply but I think I've now resolved this issue. Not sure yet but pretty sure it will be. It's a 5 light yellow flash.
Things I checked:
Gas cylinder is full
Power is full
Pipes are clear
What I didn't do is count the pipes underneath. You should have 2 long pieces of pipes. One metre length pipe for the exhaust and one 3/4 metre for the air intake pipe.
The black exhaust is missing from mine causing the Heater not to work

If you mean just the corrugated extension pipe is missing (ie you just have the eaxhaust stub pipe sticking out under the van) then this shouldn't stop it working. At least on mine it didn't. I ran mine like that for a week or so late last year (but now have an extension pipe fitted). I believe on the later blue coloured Propex units, the length of the intake pipe has an effect, summat to do with a small fan that turns in the incoming draft, and sends a signal to the circuits that fresh air is coming into the burner. Only read about that though so only 3rd part info. Mine is an earlier red 1600 one.

Yeah it's the later model. Called the guy from Propex and he says that it's definately the problem. I've just got the exhaust pipe back from Propex so will install it at the weekend but confident it will work.
