How do we get the seats out???

We've been trying to get the drivers seat to come out because we're doing a bit of wiring on the battery and it's impossible to take it out without unscrewing the seat brackets (who knows how they got it in).
The Haynes has a little picture pointing out a catch you need to push so the seat will slide of the front of the rails but our seats look a bit different so it doesn't work. Maybe they aren't even original seats? Here are some pictures, sorry about the quality, only had my phone camera. Does anyone have an idea?

Are the seats on swivel bases? And they don't look like T25/T3 seats as it looks like they have a tilt forward lever near the top of the seat. If you push them all the way forward they should hit a little triangle of metal that stops them going all the way off the runners. This is spring loaded and just pushes up to allow the seat to slide past it and off. It does on my Westy anyway, although it took me a while to figure it out. If they are on swivel bases, then turn them 180 degrees then push them all the way forward and it should allow access to the battery/s. If none of those work, try prising off the plastic triangles at the bottom rear of the seat and see if you can see where they have been bolted to the runners.
