I have a hole instead of this green lamp on the top left side. Can you advise what is was for originally ?

Could be a flashing light for an alarm to show the alarm as being 'armed', or maybe a light for a dummy alarm Neil?

Could be a trailer/indicator flasher monitor.

That what it is on mine. Flashes with the indicators when a trailer is attached to the van or when the hazards are on.

Yep mine too, t'was a mystery until I used a trailer.

yes usually the trailor ( green)

seems to be a main dealer fit !

I'd like to change my mind and say that it's a flasher for a trailer

Mine has one too, but it doesn't flash. I'll check the bulb now as I do use a trailer.

Thought it was one of those 'once upon a time someone had some spotlights somewhere' switches.

Thanks for the suggestions. I'll maybe get a lamp and see. I have a tow hook so maybe thats what it was
