Eberspacher - does this heat engine and interior?

Hello, can anyone answer this question?
I don't own a camper yet and initially I thought that an Eberspacher was only for heating the interior with the engine off, but can it also heat the engine coolant on the watercooled campers?
The
Eberspacher website states that it does, but I'm wondering if was available on the T3/T25's?

You can get heaters that heat the coolant if you wish. You can put whatever you want in your van - air or water heater. I can do you a nice 7Kw Webasto if you want to use all your space for it.

( you can heat everyone else's van at the same time then!)

Thanks, I can see that it could be done to heat the engine coolant, however I would of thought that the prime reason to install one was to heat the interior once parked up/overnight. To me it seems pointless heating an engine block for hours on end if it is not going to be started until 8+ hours later.

That is why there are air heaters and water heaters - different uses.

You'd normally use separate things to heat the interior and the engine - an Eber or Propex or similar for the interior heating, and an electric block heater (replaces a core plug) for the engine. Eber, just to confuse matters, are probably the best known brand for each of the two... The latter's very common in Scandinavia and similar very cold countries.

If you install the coolant heater with a bit of thought, you can bypass the engine block when you don't want it heated. I'm still toying over getting one ( already have a eber air heater) finding a good condition one for fair money is tricky though
