led dash lights

hi ive purchased led replacement dash lights from camper van culture they work fine on the bench but just cant get them to work in the van I no they are polarity sensitive but have tried them both ways around any ideas cheers marc

Hi Mark
I think Alan emailed you about them a little while ago.
Did your old bulbs work? I have to say we have got to have sold over 500 of these and the only problem we have had so far is from a fella who didnt read that they were polarity sensitive so we asked him to turn it around. He was a bit embarrassed as he is an electrician
Have you had your dash pod off for any reason recently?
Any problems we will send you new ones foc.
