hi all my belt on the alternator has snapped need a new one but what size do i need it a 1.6 td jx engine hope the info is ok

Looks like it depends on alternator or one or two belts
I'm sure an oil burner wil shoot me down in flames for commenting on something I know nothing about

Get a length of round electric flex and run it around then measure, not the really thin stuff the 8-9mm diameter stuff
Should give you a good indication of the length
