ECU 2.1 DJ auto or manual ?

Hi
Im having trouble finding an ECU for my 2.1 dj which has a manual box. The part number is, 025 906 021 F. On the van-cafe website it says that the auto ECU's are the same although they have a different part number.

This is the only info I can find on the subject, anyone have an idea about this? Can I pop an auto ECU in
To my brain cells I can't see that there should be a difference between the engine management but could well be wrong. Maybe somebody has tried it before. Or better still you have an ECU to sell to me for the manual box.
