2ltr fuel injected air cooled HELP!!

Just bought a Westy 2ltr fuel injection, starts first turn, but after a few minuets ticking over when it is warmed up it cuts out and wont start again until it is cold.
Any help would be much appreciated.

:Start by changing temp sender II, might just be that. It tells the FI the head temp so it can adjust the fuel mixture accordingly
