Are these passat wheels suitable for my t25?

It's lighter than your two tonne van.
Are the wheels able to take the extra loads?

605kgs so not suitable.
Even if they were the centre bore is 57mm so would need enlarging for T25 and spacers would be needed as well because of the offset.
