1.6td jx turbo to 1.9d aef?

Looking at All potentials on conversion for my t25. Is it possible to use the turbo off my 1.6td jx and use on a 1.9 d (AEF) during conversion or is it costly method. Appreciate any technical response. Cheers

On the lower side of the block is cast either "1.9D" or "1.9D/TD"
All the AEF engines I have seen have "1.9D", which means that the pistons etc are designed for the sort of combustion gas temperatures a normally aspirated engine would produce. Adding a turbo would raise the combustion temperatures and potentially do bad things to these components.
"1.9D/TD" would imply it was OK to add a turbo, but I don't think that's what you've got.
