LHD interior in RHD van any one done it?

looking at fitting the interior of the syncro out and have seen a few westy interiors coming up go EBay wondered if any one has fitted a LHD interior into a RHD van if yes any down sides or pics.

Thats sort of obvious
but im sure the kitchen units could be fitted on the opposite side if they screwed apart, thats really the question has any one tried this. I know there are plenty on new interiors out there,I am just testing the water for a few ideas.

I bought/sold this about 10 years ago
one of my first ever ebay buy's!
at the time I didn't know west'ys were only LHD
there are a few different configurations , this is the early , full width seat version

good man as i thought units could be moved and still be usable.
