Idle Control Valve

Hi there! Im currently trying to buy a idle control valve (part no. 025 906 457 A) ive tried almost everywhere to buy yhis part and alot of people are saying that it has stopped being made!! I did find one one on a chinese website but find that a bit risky and also on a German website but cant find it anymore. I had a problem with the van revving like my foot to the floor and after a garage 'fixed it' I realised after they had removed it. So either way, this part needs to be back in the engine. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
