just seen a recent post about covers for the winter and a few members recommended this,autoglym hi def wax as a alternative.just been on line and see they do 150g tubs for around £30.is this enough to do the van,cheers dave

Hi Dave,

I use Dodo Juice on mine. It's a 250ml tub and after years (and about 10 full waxes on various vehicles) I've used about half of it. I apply it by hand and a little really does go a long way.

I would say you'd have enough of the HD wax to do the van many times.

It's done the bus twice now (excluding the roof which I do with Autoglym Ultra Deep Shine) and there's enough for another two applications.

The tip is to put it on with bare finger not with a cloth or sponge, they soak it up.

Yes - I do this too. Funny looks from neighbours, but no better way to get to know your bodywork inside out!

This is taking van porn to a whole new level

I use a Dodo Juice panel pot as well (Blue Velvet) and it's done my van twice and the car. You can use fingers as titus and stu do or alternatively you can use a microfibre applicator. Just keep those seams clean in the winter months.

How about some Zymol Vintage Glaze 623g at £2239 a pot.
