Lock failure on external water filler.

As it says, so how can I remove the filler cap to replace it?

Two ways, I'd think.
- Get brutal. Force the lock.
- Remove the entire filler housing.

when i bought my van 5 months ago previous owner told me that in the six years he,d owned the van he couldnt get it open,so when i got home i squirted wd40 into the lock and it worked.

Tried that. I think it's the wrong key, but previous owner said its the only one she has.
