Learning to drive LHD is much quicker, easier and cheaper and it doesn't devalue a rare vehicle.

Slap a set of 16" Mefros on a 14" RHD, trim the arches at the front, buy some plastic arch trims and no one will know the difference! I won't tell anyone!

Nope but busman has a rather ropey looking photo of one up for sale on his site. I hear tell that it's 14.000 ( euro or pound I'm not sure) and its the 'one from Ireland '
Don't have a NATO on the back tho

I've tried to get a bit more information from Mike but he is very cute about it.
1994 (?), 14,000 pounds, good mechaical, average body, power steering."found" in Germany in 2007 then sent to ireland.
Can't believe such a vehicle exists in Ireland and no one on here knows of it!

Mike is in business and I guess prices reflect that. interested if the van is at his or still in ireland. The market for this van is very limited, Japan or Australia as well as UK maybe. Been said many times but its worth what someone will pay for it. Some drivers are into rarity, back story, provenance etc. Some are not. Would be interesting to see what the vin is and maybe the original german paperwork. Mine came with it all. As the 'story' goes there were 4 white dokas made at the same time.
E D I T == Mine does not have PS but was sat around for years after production before it got sold (in germany)
