lowering a fully loaded hightop

In summer my van went into Si at brickwerks for some work done. One of which was new lowered suspension all round 40mm. I am running on 17" Porsche wheels (front 7j & rear 8.5j) with specially made H&R adaptors/spacers. Tyre sizes are as follows fronts 205x45x17 and rears
225x45x17.
My problem is that the tyres are rubbing on the under side of the wheel arch over bumps, and I have also creased the front drivers side wheel arch. I am also 17 stone so there is more weight on the drivers side anyway.
Will it sort the problem out if I fit 30mm front springs off a blue/white star or factory lowered velle.
