aaz engine spigot bearing

hi I have stripped down my aaz engine to repair certain parts, I have removed the gearbox as I needed to fit a new clutch , I ordered and fitted the spigot bearing as in the aaz conversion I believe this is need can anyone tell me if the spigot bearing is fitted correctly as im unsure , see pic below

Not far enough in by the look of it - there should be a shoulder that stops it going in too far. Mine was put in 2mm appx. below flush. I can't tell if you have it the correct way round though!

looks wrong way round the seal in the bearing (diesel only) should face the gearbox, there's writing on the flat end of the bearing shell that faces you when you push the bearing into the end of the crank, should be about 1.6mm below flush when fully home
