Another hose/pipe question 1.6TD

Got another look under the syncro tonight and noticed that there seems to be a hose missing from the turbo waste gate? i can see a small hose clip and whats left of a hose,where does it go? Looks like its not been on for a while.

There is no hose on my turbo (2WD). Maybe some breather tube.
Or it is a Passat turbo, and that nipple is for the booster control

Could be won't know really until i get her out and about,but she starts and runs fine.
