Well yesterday I managed to split a 20 bar hydrolic hose that i'm using to feed a front mounted oil cooler [I did rev to 4500rpm after only 5 minuits from cold!].
4.5bar at the sender on the front of the head.
What gives? [yea the hose]

Check it's got an NBR nitrile butyl rubber lined. The old spec for automotive oil hose used to be R3 or R6.

Pneumatic hoses tend to be derated pressure wise in relation to temperature.
