Hiya, there's a vid in the Wiki for removal/installation of windscreen here: http://campervanculture.com/2011/05/fit ... indscreen/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

I have no idea with the other windows, sorry! Some comments on the forum have mentioned getting a 'proper' window fitter to fit the seals for you, and heard some talk about their special tool :oops: to fit them..... I'm sure somebody will be along soon with more help than I can offer!

Good luck!

John

we are about to do our seals all round and some friends have just done theirs, its not easy and time consuming for the DIY'er but i guess thats the fun of the build! gonna buy rubbers from Just Kampers at Busfest, they are not a million miles from u , based in Odiham.good luck, matt :D

I wouldn't buy the JK window rubbers, my side window frames have rotted after less than 3 years with JK rubbers. The slightly wider ones from MM above look to be a much better option.

I have just bought a load of window and door seals from Chris at VW Emporium. They are in the process of getting fitted to the van just now. Quality looks great and Chris gave advice on which seals to buy as I wasn't needing any of the bundle kits. Delivery was prompt. Dave

For goodness sake keep well clear of JK seals - they are very poor quality and don't fit well at all.
