thats the problem bud you have air in the system you need to bleed it.

I have bled it and it is still sucking in air from somewhere

Run the engine direct from a fuel can first straight to pump, if you still have same issue your fuel pump is ether not timed up correctly or will need replacing, I'd recommend you get a reputable garage to check this first before you start throwing money at it, obviously fuel can test can be done simply by yourself

Had this and it was the pump nose seal...

just fitted a new starter motor today, ran it and no air issues at all
dont know why but i am not complaining
