New stereo, whats best?

Hi Folks
Any advice on this greatly appreciated.
My Alpine stereo in the Doka died, and I need to buy a new one.
I need it to have external microphone for handsfree as I'm in the van a lot during the day and make most of my calls when on the move.
Would like decent volume. iPhone/ipod compatible. A remote would be a really nice addition.
Any suggestions?
