Hi there,
I have 2.0cu ac engine with a stripped spark plug hole,I was wondering if it would be possible to run the engine just to move my van and not do any damage to the engine?

You'll be pumping nicely mixed petrol & air into an enclosed space full off potential random sparks. How far do you want to go?

I suppose it was just a thought ,just would of like to be able to turn my van around .
But I shall try and do what I need to to get it sorted where it is.

Any vw friendly garages nearby who can come out and time-cert it for you?

Well I have got a new head to put on,which I got cheap so I was just moving the van to give me space and turn it around on the drive.

Should be fine just to turn it around - if it has enough stamina left.
