Hi All
sliding door slid fully back, rotting top sill, door fell down and out, damaged door corner as well.
Right
I looked at sills etc and rotten at both ends.
1 is it easy to patch these using mig welder ?
2 any rough ideas of cost of someone to do the job ?
3 are new inner and outer sills needed ?

Got any pictures?

If the inner sill has gone its not really a cheap/easy fix due to time/work involved. Normally it's a lot more than just inner and outer sill. Pics will help.

if you want a quick fix then a plate can be fitted on the top face of the lower runner and adjust the lower roller accordingly.
this gets you back on the road but is not the correct solution

dont think its too bad just holed at both bottom ends.
