Breather tank valve and hose

Quickie.

Old heavey hands here snapped the breather tank valve and pulled the attached hose off yesterday. Going to order a new vale and grommit from Brickwerks but not sure what the other end of the hose goes to. In the Haynes diagram it looks like it doesn't actually attach to anything, is this right? Don't want petrol splashing out everywhere next time I fill up to the brim.

Thanks.

It goes into part no. 17 on this diagram:

I've not been able to work out where exactly the breather end is supposed to locate. The tube on mine seemed to go through a hole in the chassis, but I don't know if the little end piece just sits in the air under there. I'd love to know the answer, too.

The part number is 321 201 890. I'll leave it to you to work out where to buy it...

Good luck,

James
