Usually called head liner spring bars/bows/rods, often for sale here or the brick-yard, pop up a wanted add, don't think I've seen them new anywhere.
They also have little plastic grommets/cups that they fit into.

I got my full length headlining from D Brigden (I think that's the correct spelling) near Blackpool, sewn with hoops for the bows and very reasonable price.

who or what are D Brigden, just googled them and nothing,,,have you got a phone number or website for them

About £130 delivered I seem to remember, would be 4 years ago now.
Newtons and the like seemed to be asking at least double that.
