Having re-fitted the interior and using PTFE tape and Fernox sealer on the tank spout/hose, I left the tank full of water to check the joint was water tight. Initially all fine but check next day to find drops of water.

Gunzl has the 35mm spiral pipe but i can't find anyone in the UK.

I have also checked Parts Emp for a used pipe but nothing there. :(

Anyone know of a supplier in the UK or an alternative pipe? Ta

Go outdoors sell all different thickness of pipes and full kits, easy enough to fit. The one by me seemed to have everything you could want. Failing that, try a big garden centre with a fish dept. they sell lots of different thickness pipes and probably allot cheaper. Amazon also do tap kits. Hope that helps.

Thanks for your comments, I now have it sorted.

I removed the pipe and using two people, blew into one end and sealed the other against a hand. This proved there wasn't any split or leak. Can be hard to see with the spiral ribs.

When I went to refit it I found that its years old shape was now looking better for fitting the other wat round. It screwed on better and had a better tightness.

Though and behold, its now water tight. Happy days
Thanks again.

:D

Glad your sorted. The pipe on our joker had a split on the pipe behind the wall board, how long it had been like that for i have no idea only found it when i removed the interior to weld a small hole behind the fridge then discovered a huge hole below the water filler. Now i know why the tank used to take so long to fill with the hose :rofl
