can anyone tell me what other engine will go into it

Any t25 engine will fit into it.....

But for most of them you will also need a cooling system too.... Which will also fit with a few extra holes here and there .....

Easiest to just get another CU if yours is pooped.

Going water cooled is too much faff in my opinion.

or you could fit any of the porsche 914 engines, a chevrolet corvair 6 cylinder, or a porsche 6 cylinder easiest route for more performance is re build yours into a 2400cc type 4 motor as it gives adequate performance and it just bolts straight in
