Well a years resto has turned ino 2.5 years but at last the truck is ready for the road...it's off to the body shop under its own " steam" tomorow evening to have the load floor painted and other bits and bobs, then a gearbox swap to do and it's about sorted for Busfest..
Wish me luck, never driven it further than on and off trailers so kinda exciting!
Here it is..

I will give it some thought...sorry I didn't return you chair at S/P by the way...woke up feeling like a train hit me and first thing I thought was " Jason's chair...what if its gone!" So staggered outside and saw it there still by the fire with your one so so went back to sleep..felt bad about it ever since!

It made it to the body shop! A few niggles to sort like a strange ticking noise, a noisy turbo, and suspect wheel bearings but plenty of power and no codes popping up yet!
Rubbish gear selection as well...need to sort that out ASAP.

All new in that department...could be a cv joint maybe...hard to tell but seemed be only on overrun...really quick light ticking noise...wheel bearings are the originals and un tested so could be duff...be reet!
