Rocker gear nuts torque setting

Hi all.
Quick one. Just replacing the push rod seals, and using the Haynes as a guide (not as easy as I'd imagined).
It mentions replacing the rocker gear assembly and tightening the nuts to the specified torque setting.
Which is...... Er....... Not in the Haynes manual.
Is the by any chance stamped on the gear or something?
Fore warned is fore armed before I take my scanners to it!
I've also replaced both of the rocker cover gaskets, but one is leaking.
If I take the covers off, do the rods, clean off the faces of the cover and it opposing side, can I reuse to old seals?
They're not even a week old.
Cheers

15 Nm torque for the rocker shaft nuts.
Clean the rocker cover and cylinder head faces then apply LM grease to the rocker cover face and sit the gasket onto the grease, it holds the gasket in place while you are fitting it and stops it sticking to the rocker cover when it's time to remove it. Make sure the gasket is well fitted into the lower corners of the cover the top is not so important. Ideally you should always replace the gaskets after they have been removed even a short time compresses the gasket.

Great stuff, thanks.
The rocket shaft nuts? Are they the nuts that hold the rockers on?
I think I only need to remove the rocker gear in the middle to get at the push rods. Correct?
Do the four nuts holding these items in have torque settings?
Sorry if I'm wrong on this. I'm learning as I go.

Hi there
I certainly can wait!
Went for a run in it today (minus windscreen, and in ski goggles).
Just had a gander underneath and its weeping on the drive from the right hand push rods.
Left hand seem fine.
I have some MOT prep to do this weekend plus of course reinstalling the screen.
Will await the picture tutorial.
Must buy a torque wrench too......
