Will i need a fitting kit ? maybe longer studs/ spacers ?

All depends on bolt hole depth, rim width and offset (ET)
I'd say those particular ones have quite a high offset as the face is quite flat compared to a lot of the Penta's I've seen.

They're 16" Audi S2 wheels.
Pentas have a raised face around the bolt holes and their spokes don't have a smooth join to the rim edge.
