Quick question before I start looking too far. Does this run off the leisure circuit or starter battery? Where is it fused?

If you mean the socket on the dash It runs off the driving battery in the westy. People do this mod to switch it over.

read the full thread there are a few ways to do it.

Runs off the second battery on our 79 year built westy joker along with the heater and tap, everything else runs off the main battery. I think the later models run it off the main battery.
