Fitting Hob Sink unit

I have taken the centre row seats out of my Caravelle and bought this.
Expecting it to be just plug in and use its a bit more complicated than that.
I am not a Plumber, Electrician or Carpenter so I need some help.
Is there anyone on here that is near SW London that can fit this for me?
I am happy to pay for this.
