front brake sticking on one side

Woner if anyone can help me with this dilemma?
1. I changed the front break pads.
2. The nearside started screeching after a mile or so and overheating.
3. I changed the hose, and dismantled the caliper which is the two piston Teves, and used a rebuild kit and put back together.
4. There didn't seem to be any damage to pistons or bores.
5. The break jams after being applied and will release after letting off the bleed nipple and releasing pressure.
This to me implies that the hose is at fault, but have swopped the hose for another new one and problem still remains.

Any ideas anyone?

Very unlikely to be a hose, hoses either leak, or work.

Sounds like sticky pistons, did you clean them up good and proper on the rebuild?

Have the rear shoes been adjusted?
If so, then they need backing off.. you cannot adjust them up to tight..

Does sound like the piston(s) sticking though.. they need to be very very clean and shiney..

Sounds like somebody didn't use the red castrol caliper grease when they rebuilt the brakes???
