Hi guys

I've got a severe issue with rust around the side windows, basically where they cut the window holes I'm assuming they didn't treat the metal so rust was inevitable. What's the best way to repair this problem, are there any repair panels or is it a case of cutting out and making your own pieces to replace the rusted metal?

Any and all suggestions greatly appreciated.
