Anyone have any idea where I can get a connector for the take-off from my underfloor gas tank so that I can run my BBQ :D ? Also the gauge doesn't work, is it possible to get a new one? It's a German Westfalia import.

i popped down the local marina ( i think any gas place i.e. calor shop, etc will point you in the right direction) and bought the fitting for a couple of quid. It fits straight on to a gas hose (6 or 9mm, can't remember) and is fastened in place with a small jubilee clip.

Out of interest what type of BBQ are you thinking of? I got a cadac and it's great :D

Thanks for the advice folks.

I've been thinking of buying a cadac but not done so yet. However since we do most of our cooking in the awning on a normal camping double burner/grill cooker (the bus is a bit cramped & no grill), I also wanted to be able to run this off the bus tank (very cheap at only 40p/litre) instead of having to pay so much more for a standalone gas bottle refill.
