I want to fit some OE 30mm lowering springs on the front and rear. I know the rears are easy but the fronts look a bit tricky. Do i need to take the whole of the front suspension apart to do it, which according to the Haynes manual is whats required or can some shortcuts be made.

Check out this link, worked for me, i used the spring compressor option..
