rust, epoxy, cracking seam

What do i have to do

The best way to solve the problem with cracking seam?

1. Sand blasting to bare metal

2. Rust Converter

3. Epoxy primer

4. Seam sealer

5. Epoxy primer

6.

Have anybody experiense with epoxy primer?

Will it also crack after a while

Exemple of places with seam and surfase rust: outer sill between b-pillar and c pillar, Between lower front centre panel and A pillar... Front of rear arc and rear wheel arch...

I want to do it right, and that it shall last at least 25 years from now on

I'm interested what to fill the seams with after treating as that's one of my jobs on the new van.

Hi and welcome :ok

I (we) take it you have all the interior out, panels and everything that is not metal, so you can see what is going on from the inside (which is where the seams usually start to corrode from). As said, pics will help hugely ;)
