Hi,
not found much in previous posts to specifically answer my questions so maybe some of you can give feedback please.

I am considering replacing my standard front springs (presumably 23 years old) with the Suplex ones that Brickwerks offer. They would be going on with new standard shocks. The vehicle is relatively light - it has a multivan style interior.

Does anyone have experience of these springs?

What sort of ride height (hub to arch) do they give?

Any evidence of sagging as they settle in in the first months? If so, by how much?

Mine havnt sagged and they have been on for we'll over a year.....

I am guessing that these springs are on your Westfalia camper, so not a particularly light vehicle. Does it do any off-road work which would work the springs harder?

What hub to wheelarch height are you getting (assuming the whole set up is standard)?

Are these the trail master ones mate ?

There are 2 OE spring manufacturers in Germany that VW used as far as I know and Suplex source from both of them.
To all intents and purposes the Suplex items are OE [I'm assured by Suplex]
Suplex also supply a few other aftermarket suppliers.

Yep on a Westy and whole set up is standard, have done a couple of off road meets and a bit of laneing, will measure height tomorrow.
I'm pleased as punch with them, I had read somewhere that they may sagg a little, but I havn't noticed it, its still as difficult to get in as it was when I first fitted them, which in a tight carpark is a right pain.

N/s is 1cm higher due to an extra rubber spring plate on the rear to account for Westy lean, so 46.5 when I'm in it.
Apart from extra rubber spring plate at rear its all standard, I think westys has different front shocks though as mine are maroon colour.
It's got BFG's on too so I suppose its not standard at all....

46cm - that's exactly the same as mine currently stands on it's 'old' springs.

The multivan layout is probably a bit lighter than the Westy but it doesn't look as though new springs would give me any significant lift. I had assumed that new springs might sit higher than old ones because it seems reasonable that when new from the factory the height might be somewhere in the middle of the 'tracking' table range. 46cm is right at the low end.

Maybe I need to look at some 15mm spacers instead to level it front to back.
