Hi All,

Just bought a 1986 T25 diesel panel Van that I intend to convert fully into a mean camper.

Firstly, I am a novice (and new member!) so don’t troll me on here! Secondly Where The F*** do I start?....

Just looking online I can’t seem to find anything other than the replacement canvas's for the pop up roof.

If someone could point me in the right direction of a decent company that make the fiberglass pop up along with canvas that would be amazing!

Final question, I haven’t got the Van yet nor the paperwork and all I have in terms of details is 1986 1.6 heavy oil. Anyone know what model i have on that info? (secretly hoping it’s the 4x4 syncro!)

Looks like they do an amazing job but surely i can buy it all myself and have some fun?!

The profile of the standard panel van roof differs from that of a Westfailure, as others have found to their cost it's not a straightforward job.

I may worry about interior ect for now, shes gone to mechanics today to get the once over. Fingers crossed it wont be too bad..

Lance on here did a copy of the Westy pop top, very good aparantly
