after market gauges help

hi all have a hightop t25 was converted from air cooled to watercooled by previouse owner.have managed to fit oil temp. oil preshure gauges via oil filter adapter that fits between engine and oil fillter with 4 inlets use 2 blocked others.
i have switch in water bottle but no wirering.is there a after market gauge that can tell me coolent level. many thanks :(

The "switch", assuming it's a normal one, isn't a level-indicating sender, it's merely an on-or-off switch. So you don't need a gauge, just a light - then have a look at the normal wiring diagram for what you'll want to do to get it working. Basically, when there's enough coolant in, the switch is closed, current flows. When there's not enough, it's open, and current doesn't flow. Use that to switch a relay, which then operates the light.

many thanks.i take its earths to coolent level (1 each termanal) then a to warning light
and a live to other warning light??? many thanks :ok
