I have a diesel 1.6TD, 4-speed box. Never had any gear issues up until a week or so ago, now every time I drive it the gears seem to be worse - often very hard to find 2nd & 3rd in particular although on other times they will go straight in. Also, when stationary in 1st with the clutch in, a couple of times I've heard a "clunk" and the van will judder slightly as if someone's very lightly bumped it.

Any ideas? I've had a quick look through the wiki but can't see anything obvious.

release bearing or spigot bearing perhaps
I'd drop the oil too whilst I was there and put fresh in
