Hi what gearboxs can I change to? At the mo my gearbox has destroyed itself it's a 4 speed and I presume diesel as that's what the van was originally a late 89 panel van ... It's got a golf gti engine now so wondered what other water cooled gearboxs will fit?? As the weathers nice now and I want back on the rd ASAP cheers for any help guys.

assume nothing get under and locate the box code and work from there

You can read the code it's too corroded that's why need to know what else will fit as been offered a dy box?
