this van is -70mm more like 100 as the springs are bust . started fitting a set of -40's, no issues , new ball joints etc, springs fitted so time to add the new shock , problem i thinks
i have the front of the van with all the weight taken on the osf hub and shocker fitted to turret and the best i can acheive on the lower mount is 25mm ish short, only option would be to stick some spring comps on  and then the sod will be rock hard as the shocks will be at full extension,
centre line of lower fixing to top of nice shiny chrome piston =13 3/8 then theres the threaded bit etc .
i measured a std shock and this = 14 3/4. maybe im having a blonnde moment??
