Does anyone have an up to date source for getting a replacement mirror?

My nearside mirror got smashed yesterday and i need to get a replacement quick.

Can anyone confirm that the LT mirrors (281-857-547C - Is that the right code....?) are available anywhere? Sure i remember something about Euro car parts having them at some point?

Don't mind if heated or not, will buy a pair if i have to........

Got a pair of leccy ones recently from TPS in Exeter, about £24 each I think

eurocarparts used to sell hella branded one and it was the cheapest source, give them the VW number 281 857 547 B is non heated, C is the heated version
C is cheaper than B from VW as stated about £24
brickie may stock them

Got one from Euro car parts in the end. Ordered for next day £24 + VAT

TPS Exeter 2 day turnaround and £33 + VAT.......

Checked the part number of he heated option today at work and its obsolete as from a year ago..didn't check the non heated ones..

The only ones either place could get hold of were the non heated version.

I got 'genuine' heated ones from VW (they were £24+VAT I think) but there's no sign of any VW part numbers of logos on them so I think they must have been aftermarket ones approved and stocked by VW. I doubt they're any better than euro equivs...

It was about a year ago that I got mine. Non-heated were already unavailable, and they did say supply of heated was running low...

heated nla from classic and they want 46 euro for non heated

Al you had the last ones from euro car parts now they have to order them in specially now

Thats odd, mine were from TPS Exeter six months ago. Heated £24. I do remember there was some confusion amoungst the staff though.

As far as I know the heated ones were LT parts not T3.
Same size head though so it matters not.

I picked them up this morning.

Hella branded, at the store before 8am, reserved under my number plate. Brilliant!

Both are LT 281...part numbers..originals are made by wilke.
