Autohomes Kamper roof folding question

Hi all
First post here but been lurking.
We've got an Autohomes Kamper- finally got the roof folding properly, replaced the flashings and rubbers seals.

But... can anyone show me how they get the roof to collapse and stay flat down with two mattresses inside? I can't for the life of me see how it's done!
The back end won't stay flat with the mattresses stored on top of each other, so on our first weekend away we had them both in the main compartment alongside the kids!

Any help/photos appreciated

Cheers

Roger

Thanks for the advice Simon!
We've got two full width mattresses so just tried your suggestion but not sure it's going to work for me.

Is it possible you could post a photo if you get a mo' over the weekend?

Cheers

Roger

I have been working on one of these vans today. I found that if you pulled the front of the roof down first then the back came down easy after that with new gas struts fitted.

Hope this helps,

Jed

All sorted now - thanks to the kind replies.
Managed to layer the two mattresses between the side panels, on crossways, one lengthways, but have to do that before the roof is lowered.

Cheers all!
